ADV Pulse reports that BMW is partnering with Alpinestars on the new BMW Street Air Jacket with integrated airbag. The jacket is motorcycle independent, and does not require and sensors or wires to the bike itself. It senses impact and self inflates instantly.
SENA has been releasing new products at an incredible pace. Ever since the SMH-10, they have not stopped innovating, with the 20S, Prism, 10C, 10U, and the list goes on. They have been partnering with helmet companies for year, but partnering with SCHUBERTH is a big win all around.
In 2014, BMW released a completely new S1000XR, and significantly updated several models including one of my favorites, the R1200R. This year they are looking to shake things up again, already releasing two new bikes in the past few days.
Schuberth announced their C4 PRO today. Notable differences are the new seamless liner, new chinstrap padding, and even more SENA integration than before.
