The snow begins. It’s covered under a porch but it’s still getting nicely dusted.

Recently discovered I need to lube my chain often. Why don’t they tell you these things when you buy the bike. O well. This little bottle was $8 on Amazon. The small 4oz bottles were recommended in the reviews over the larger spray cans. Easier to apply. I’ll find out after the snow passes.

Picked up a pair of gerbing heated gloves to go with my existing gerbing heated jacket liner. Using it with a single controller for now. Will post thoughts in a few days.

im actually using the stock windshield. my gs is a 2013 if that helps. i have a few that i looked at getting, but it turns out upgrading my helmet helped much more then i thought it would. the wind no longer bothers me as much now at high speeds.

Commute from brooklyn to manhattan and back to brooklyn, on a BMW G650GS Motorcycle. some snow on the ground. Recorded with Sony HDR-AS30 using a sony handle bar mount. Ocean Parkway, Prospect Expressway, Battery Tunnel, West Side Highway. video played back in higher speeds through out.. 1x, 2x, 3x, and 4x.

Snow Day. My first time rolling tires around in the snow. Leaving my driveway was intense, mostly ice and otherwise snow. Parking in manhattan in several different areas, backing in and out of snow. Roads were mostly clear, with a few little snow patches here and there. Overall fun fun.
